Once upon a time...
Probus Parish Players started with a light bulb moment from Jeff and Jenny Townsend in 1991, they watched a pantomime at St. Michael's Church in Newquay and wondered if Probus could do the same.
After a meeting where Rev Whitlock came on board, and with the support from Probus Parish Church, our first pantomime was showcased – Cinderella, in January 1992.
As of 2024, Probus Parish Players have showcased 27 pantomimes and 2 'A Night of Musicals' performances. There will be no stopping us yet!
